Plums are a good source of vitamin C and other essential nutrients. Place firm ones in a paper bag at home to ripen; the riper the fruit, the more antioxidants it contains! Eat the juicy fruits out of hand or try them in our Chilled Plum-Oatmeal Pudding or in Beet, Plum, and Ricotta Salad.
