Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) pastis
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling lemonade
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mint sprigs
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh currants with stems

Directions

  1. Chill pastis and lemonade in an ice-filled bucket. Arrange cucumber, mint, lemon, and currants in bowls. Set out glasses and ice; let guests make their own cocktails.
