Try This: Twig Tripod

twig-tripod.jpg

Make a trellis out of fallen branches (often plentiful after a late-spring storm). Collect four branches of like size, and wrap them together with twine, about six inches down from the tops. Set the tripod in the soil and plant sweetpea, tomato, or cucumber seedlings around the branch bottoms. Then let the vines climb.
