  • Circle cutter

  • Cellophane

  • Offset spatula

  • Twelve 3 1/2-inch round plastic containers (1 inch deep)

  • Ribbon

  • Pearlescent card stock

steps

  1. Using circle cutter, make 48 3 3/16-inch-diameter circles from cellophane. Line top and bottom of each round box with a cellophane circle.

  2. Carefully remove the chocolates from acetate using spatula. To help the process along, gently roll back acetate. Stack 3 chocolates in a round box, separating each with a cellophane circle. Tie with ribbon, and add round tags cut from card stock.
