Make delicious use of leftover bread by turning it into a base for bruschetta. With a simple topping of tomatoes, cucumbers, and basil, bruschetta can be enjoyed as an antipasto, hors d'oeuvres, or even a light lunch.
Allow the juices of the mixture to soak into the bread for a few minutes just before serving.
The great thing about stuffing is that it's almost impossible to mess up: A little more of this or less of that won't affect your results too much. The one
