Yogurt with Kiwifruit and Macadamias

For added (sugar-free) flavor, stir the seeds from half a vanilla bean into 1 quart of plain low-fat yogurt.

Yogurt with Kiwifruit and Macadamias

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 peeled and chopped kiwifruit
  • 2 tablespoons toasted chopped macadamia nuts
  • Pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl. Add kiwifruit and macadamia nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.

Cook's Notes

Toasting macadamia nuts brings out their flavor: Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast them at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
