Peppadew Margarita

  • Lime wedge
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Peppadew brine
  • Peppadew


  1. Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge, dip rim in flaky sea salt, and fill glass with ice. Pour tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and brine into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass, and garnish with lime wedge and a Peppadew.
