Green Lemonade


This green-apple lemonade uses spinach to add more nutritional benefits.

  • 1/2 chopped lemon
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 2 cored and chopped sweet apples


  1. Press lemon, spinach, cucumber, and apples through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.
