Fresh Carrot-Orange Spritz

  • Cane sugar
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 cup Prosecco


  1. Cover a small plate with cane sugar. Rub four glass rims with orange peel and dip into sugar to coat. Juice carrots, oranges, and ginger into a pitcher. Stir in Prosecco.
