Hibiscus Tea with Lime

  • 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Lime slices, for serving


  1. Bring 2 cups water and the hibiscus to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes.

  2. Strain and discard flowers. Let cool to room temperature.

  3. Before serving, stir in honey and lime juice and garnish with lime.
