Vegan "Ice Cream"

  • 1 peeled and chopped ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds


  1. Freeze banana. Puree in a food processor. Top with almonds.

    Awesome - definitely a keeper !
    My Vitamix did an awesome job.
    Note - Freeze "peeled" bananas. Its a bit messy to peel after they are frozen :-)

    This ice cream was delicious, tasted it like the real thing!
    And with only 1 Weight Watchers PoinntsPlus, it's definately a Keeper!
