Date Shake Popsicles

Stow these creamy, cinnamon-spiced yogurt pops in your freezer for those times that you crave something sweet. Dates provide a natural sugar hit -- no added sweeteners necessary.

Date Shake Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill popsicle molds and freeze.
