Sharp Cheddar, Hummus, and Sprouts

Throw these handy ingredients together for a light snack.

  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 large whole-grain cracker
  • 1 slice sharp cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon radish or alfalfa sprouts
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Spread hummus over cracker and top with cheddar and sprouts. Season with pepper.

Cook's Notes

Add sliced pickle for a ploughman's variation. (Beer optional.)
