Yeah... this isn't great. I guess an apple added to it would help. While there are other recipes that I will make after the cleanse, this one won't be part of them!

I have to admit, this was not my favorite juice. It was something I muscled through. I'm going to try it with kale instead of broccoli next time, and an apple with a squeeze of lemon for sweetness, but only because I bought the ingredients for this juice and don't want them to go to waste. Hopefully the additions will make the juice tastier.

Got to admit: this wasn't the most pleasant thing to have for my breakfast on morning 3.
I agree with other comments that next time I'll try adding an apple to the lot. Maybe a squeeze of lemon too.
But well... I did get the feeling of being on a purifying program, for sure!

Does anyone know how many calories this juice contains? Thanks...

Good Day 3 Drink but... I've always added an apple to the green drinks to make them more palatible and another thing to keep in mind is the lovely long stems are better than the flowers as the stems are less bitter. Use the tops in the Steamed Broccoli Tahini or other recipes but save the stems for this drink.
    Happy New year 2012 Detoxers!
