Cranberry-Pumpkin Seed Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Cook's Note

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine cranberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and raisins.

    Just wanted to note that I use raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds and almonds in mine. Tastes great.

    I absolutely love this. This is the second time I've made it. I keep a jar of it in my desk drawer at work for when my afternoon cravings hit. This hits the spot every time and gets me from the 3pm tummy rumbling until dinner at 6-6:30. Excellent flavor combination.
