    PS: this would work really well as lunch or dinner too. And so fast to prepare.

    Unbelievable! At first as was unsure when smelling the steaming salmon at 6 a.m. and was worried it would be too... fishy. It wasn't! I love my breakfast to be a proper meal, and I love savoury breakfasts. So this really hit the spot!! I'll be making it again and again, I'm sure. However, if the smell of fish makes you gag in the morning... you might want to avoid.
