Toasted Coconut Muesli
This homemade cereal is great with almond milk to start the day.

- 2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen berries
- 1/4 cup almond milk
In a bowl, combine coconut, oats, apple, berries, and almond milk.
