Toasted Coconut Muesli


This homemade cereal is great with almond milk to start the day.

  • 2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 apple, sliced
  • 1/4 cup thawed frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  1. In a bowl, combine coconut, oats, apple, berries, and almond milk.
