Pizza with Anchovies, Red Onion, and Oregano

  1. Step 1

    Place pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on rack in top third of oven.

  2. Step 2

    Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer stretched dough to parchment.

  4. Step 4

    Spread sauce on dough. Scatter garlic, oregano, and chili flakes. Top with anchovies, red onion, and Parmesan. Drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Step 5

    Transfer to oven: Slide parchment onto stone or baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and bottom is crisp.
