Ultra Green Juice

Raw foodists swear by their morning "green juice," typically a hodgepodge of seasonal green veggies and fruits.

Ultra Green Juice

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 head fennel, quartered
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 honeydew melon, rind and seeds removed


  1. Press all ingredients through a juice extractor in batches. Stir and serve immediately.
