Blueberry-Pomegranate Slushy

This cooler has a nice piquant sweet-tart flavor.

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Puree blueberries, pomegranate juice, agave, and ice in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

To spike this slushy, blend with 1 ounce gin.
