Muddled Ginger-Mint Lemonade
The ginger and mint add a refreshing depth to this lemonade.

- 1/2 lemon (cut into wedges)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 to 2 oz water
Muddle lemon, ginger, mint, and honey in a glass. Stir in water. Top with crushed ice.
