Cucumber-Honeydew Cooler

With a mellow flavor and perfumy aroma, this duo makes for a refreshing, not-too-sweet drink.

Cucumber-Honeydew Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1/4 English cucumber (peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup diced honeydew
  • Ice
  • Cucumber peel

Directions

  1. Puree cucumber and honeydew in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Pour into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cucumber peel.

Cook's Notes

To spike this drink, shake the cucumber-honeydew mixture with 1 1/2 ounce Junmai Ginjo sake.
