  • Lime juice
  • Sea salt, like Himalayan or Alaea
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Ice
  • 10 ounces kombucha


  1. Wet a glass rim with lime juice and dip into sea salt. Add 2 Tbsp lime juice and tomato paste and stir. Top with ice and kombucha. Stir to combine.

Cook's Notes

Spike It: Swap the kombucha for lager. Brooklyn Brewery has a floral aroma and smooth finish.
