Tomato-Peach Gazpacho

This power-packed blend of peach and tomato makes for the ultimate summer sip.

Tomato-Peach Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, pit removed and quartered
  • 3 tomatoes, cored and quartered
  • 1/2 red jalapeno
  • Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

Directions

  1. Blend peach, tomatoes, and jalapeno in a blender until smooth. Season with salt. Garnish with chives.
