Extra-creamy but with no saturated fat, nonfat Greek yogurt is a great replacement for sour cream.

- One 6-inch corn tortilla
- 1/3 cup fresh tomato salsa
- 1/4 cup torn romaine lettuce
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Char tortilla over an open flame or under a broiler. Fill with salsa, lettuce, and yogurt. Garnish with cilantro.
