Easy Homemade Muesli

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup toasted and chopped salted almonds
  • 1/3 cup toasted salted sunflower kernels
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 pint hulled and sliced strawberries
  • Maple syrup


  1. Combine oats, almonds, sunflower kernels, and raisins. Serve with yogurt and strawberries. Drizzle with maple syrup.
