Avocado and Mango Milkshake

Drink this delicious shake right away before the avocado oxidizes and turns brown.

  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat milk


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if desired.
