Pita With Ricotta
The fiber in whole-wheat pita and dried apricots will keep you feeling full longer.

- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 small whole-wheat pita
- 2 or 3 dried apricots
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sliced toasted almonds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ground pepper
Spread cheese onto pita. Top with apricots and almonds. Drizzle with honey. Season with pepper.
