Pita With Ricotta

The fiber in whole-wheat pita and dried apricots will keep you feeling full longer.

  • servings: 1


  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 small whole-wheat pita
  • 2 or 3 dried apricots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sliced toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ground pepper


  1. Step 1

    Spread cheese onto pita. Top with apricots and almonds. Drizzle with honey. Season with pepper.
