Chocolate-Nut Mix

Nuts are loaded with heart-protective unsaturated fats. Dark chocolate can assist in lowering blood pressure, and the antioxidants in dried blueberries may stave off arterial plaque.

  • 1 cup almonds (toasted and cooled)
  • 1 cup walnuts (toasted and cooled)
  • 2/3 cup dried blueberries
  • 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate


  1. Mix almonds, walnuts, blueberries, and chocolate.
