Toss this flavorful vinaigrette with our Asian Steak Salad or any salad that could use a bold kick.

- Juice and grated zest of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons rice-wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon crumbled dried chile pepper or red-pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and whisk to combine.
