Quick Dulce de Leche


Ready in just 10 minutes! Serve with Roasted Apricots.

  • Yield: Makes 1/4 cup


  • 1/2 cup nonfat sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk and sugar and cook over medium heat until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. The mixture will turn the color of peanut shells.

    this isn´t the real Dulce de Leche, it´s a fast version. it tastes good. the real one is boiling milk, sugar and vanila. but don´t know the quantities. and it takes a long time boiling and stirring continuosly.
