Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce
- Yield: Makes 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon peeled and finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Garnish with the scallion and serve.
