  • Yield: Makes 1/2 cup
Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce


  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped capers
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill


  1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This yogurt sauce should be used on the day that it is made.
