A Cheese Tasting
Spicy Stilton, nutty Reblochon, and creamy Le Chevrot make an exciting dessert when served with an exquisite blood orange on a white dish.

- 4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed
- 2 ounces Reblochon
- 2 ounces Stilton
- 2 ounces Le Chevrot
Place a blood orange on each of 4 dessert plates. Divide each of the cheeses among the 4 plates and serve.
