Don't sweat the rising temperatures. Just drop one of these fruit-infused ice cubes into a tall glass of water, and watch the heat melt away.

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- Mint sprigs
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in lemon juice. Divide fresh raspberries into an ice-cube tray. Place a sprig of mint in each cube. Add lemonade and freeze.
