- 3 to 4 garlic heads
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the garlic heads in a baking dish. Bake until soft, approximately 30 minutes. Let the garlic cool, and then squeeze out the pulp.
Alternatively, store the whole garlic heads, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
