Roasted Garlic

  • Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup puree
Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 garlic heads

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place the garlic heads in a baking dish. Bake until soft, approximately 30 minutes. Let the garlic cool, and then squeeze out the pulp.

Cook's Note

Alternatively, store the whole garlic heads, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
