Yogurt Cones with Kiwis
Scoop tangy nonfat yogurt into purchased waffle cones, garnish with kiwis, and eat while taking an after-dinner walk.
- Yield: Makes 4 cones
- 2 kiwis, peeled, sliced crosswise, and quartered
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 4 waffle cones
In a small bowl, combine the kiwis and lime juice and toss to coat. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into each cone and top each with the kiwis.
