Yogurt Cones with Kiwis


Scoop tangy nonfat yogurt into purchased waffle cones, garnish with kiwis, and eat while taking an after-dinner walk.

  • Yield: Makes 4 cones


  • 2 kiwis, peeled, sliced crosswise, and quartered
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 4 waffle cones


  1. In a small bowl, combine the kiwis and lime juice and toss to coat. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into each cone and top each with the kiwis.
