- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cornichons
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch cayenne
- Coarse salt
Mix ingredients in a bowl and season with salt.
