Blueberry Breakfast Shake


Breakfast shakes like these quick and easy smoothies made with blueberries and yogurt are a healthy way to start the day.

  • Yield: Makes two 8-ounce servings

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, picked over and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 5 ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender, and process until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
