Roasted Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Bake these pepitas for a great snack. Double the recipe for a snack you can carry around for a couple of days.

  • 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons chili powder
  • Coarse salt


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and chili powder. Season with salt. Bake, stirring once, until golden, 18 to 20 minutes.

Cook's Notes

Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
