Roasted Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Coarse salt

Cook's Note

Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and chili powder. Season with salt. Bake, stirring once, until golden, 18 to 20 minutes.
