Creamy Mango Pops


This is a quick afternoon vegan treat for warm summer days.

  • 6 cups slightly thawed frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Blend mango, coconut milk, orange juice, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Fill ice-pop molds and freeze.

    Had to give an update. Just made this again but this time I added some fresh chopped pineapple and a tsp of agave nectar. Amazing!!!!

    Love this!!! It will be a staple in my freezer. Turned out much better then I thought.
