Chocolate seems to pair well with so many flavors: peanut butter, mint, raspberry, coffee, and even bacon. Of all things, my favorite combo has to be chocolate with peppermint, which is why I LOVE this time of year, because everything is made with chocolate and peppermint!

During this time of the year, I gift quite a few baked goodies to friends and family. Here is a quick and easy way to please the crowds, as they will surely be thrilled with these delicious treats.

I was inspired by Martha’s Mint-Chocolate Brownie Recipe. For a gluten-free shortcut, use our Cup4Cup brownie mix to make the brownie base. You could even replace butter with coconut oil to make the baked goodies entirely dairy-free as well. Wrap and ribbon these decadent squares and share them with those you hold dear to your heart. Spread the holiday love with peppermint chocolate for all!
