materials

  • Circle-edge craft punch

  • Paper or lightweight card stock

  • Double-sided tape

  • Wooden skewers

  • Hot-glue gun

  • Square wooden beads

steps

  1. Use a craft punch to create paper circles in graduated sizes (the ones shown here have six-, seven-, eight-, and nine-inch diameters).

  2. Cut the circles in half, roll them into cones, and secure them with double-sided tape.

  3. Cut a skewer to accommodate them.
