- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bag (12 ounces) broccoli slaw
- 1 Granny Smith apple cut into matchsticks
In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, vinegar, and olive oil; season. Add broccoli slaw and apple and toss to coat.
