  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bag (12 ounces) broccoli slaw
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cut into matchsticks


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, vinegar, and olive oil; season. Add broccoli slaw and apple and toss to coat.
