Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chicken wings
  • Honey
  • Miso (preferably awase or aka)

Directions

  1. Roast lightly oiled and salted chicken wings in a 400 degree oven until crisp and golden. Combine 2 parts honey and 1 part miso); season with pepper. Brush wings with glaze; roast 3 minutes. Brush with more glaze and serve.
