Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons miso (preferably shiro or awase)
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/3 cup safflower oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together miso, vinegar, and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil. Use as vinaigrette for salad or marinade for chicken and fish.
