Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 1/2 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon miso (preferably aka or awase)
  • Ice cream, cake, or tart, for serving

Directions

  1. Pour scalding-hot cream over chocolate; let stand 1 minute. Whisk in miso until smooth. Serve over ice cream, or drizzle over a cake or tart.
