Grilled Hanger Steak
- Oil, for grill
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound hanger steak (1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Clean and lightly oil hot grill. Season steak with salt and pepper and grill, flipping once, 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes. Thinly slice against the grain and serve.
