Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour


  • Ice
  • 2 ounces pisco
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white and shake to combine. Strain into a coupe glass. Top with bitters and swirl with a spoon.
