Pina Colada Smoothie

  • Yield: Makes 1


  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 to 3 ounces dark rum
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish


  1. Place ice in a blender along with pineapple juice, rum, and cream of coconut. Blend until mixture is frothy. Pour into a goblet, garnish with pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
